About Sicknotes
Sicknotes was created by two Australian pharmacists with more than 40 years of combined experience in community pharmacy.
Over the years, we saw many people struggle to get the certificate they needed when they were already unwell. Finding an appointment, travelling to a clinic, or waiting in a queue was often an unnecessary challenge.
We created Sicknotes to provide a simpler option. People can request an Absence from Work Certificate online, with each request independently reviewed by an AHPRA-Registered Pharmacist.
We want to make the process easier for Australians while maintaining the professional standards expected from pharmacists.
